Creating a website retargeting audience or uploading a customer file requires navigating to the Audiences section of Ads Manager, knowing the right pixel ID, and understanding how audience rules map to backend objects, which most brand teams do not.

The audiences section provides three guided creation flows: upload a Customer File from your CRM; build a Website Audience from your pixel with URL and retention-day rules; or create a Lookalike from any existing custom audience. All three are point-and-click.

Does this replace Ads Manager on Facebook?

It complements Ads Manager. You can create and manage campaigns, ad sets, and audiences directly from UGC India without opening a separate tab. For advanced features Meta offers natively, the Ads Manager link is always one click away.

Which Meta ad accounts can I connect?

Any Facebook ad account linked to your Business Manager. You can connect multiple ad accounts from different businesses and switch between them. Multi-account support is available on Growth and Scale plans.

Is this an official Meta integration?

Yes. The integration uses the official Meta Marketing API (v25.0). OAuth is handled securely and access tokens are encrypted at rest. We never store your password.

Can I create campaigns from scratch inside UGC India?

Yes. You can create paused campaigns and ad sets with targeting, budget, and placement settings, then activate when ready. Full end-to-end campaign creation including ad creative upload is available on the Scale plan.

What campaign objectives are supported?

Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, App Promotion, Lead Generation, and Conversions (Sales). All standard Meta campaign objectives including Outcome-Based Advertising (ODAX) are supported.

How do custom audiences work?

You can create three types: Customer File (upload contacts from your CRM), Website (pixel-based PageView or custom event audiences), and Lookalike (Meta-generated audiences similar to your best customers). All three can be created, edited, and deleted.

Does it support Advantage+ audience targeting?

Yes. When creating an ad set, you can select Advantage+ Audience, which lets Meta broaden targeting when it identifies better results. Standard detailed targeting with interests, behaviours, and demographics is also supported.

How does the ROAS calculation work?

ROAS is calculated from Meta's offsite_conversion purchase actions attributed to your campaigns, divided by total ad spend, pulled from Meta's Insights API. Attribution window follows your campaign's configured click and view windows.

Can I track leads from Lead Generation campaigns?

Yes. Lead Gen campaign results surface in the analytics dashboard and the dedicated leads report. You can also create and manage Meta Instant Forms directly within UGC India on Growth and Scale plans.

What is the difference between the Basic, Growth, and Scale Meta Ads tiers?

Basic (Seed plan) gives you read-only analytics. Growth (Advanced plan) adds audience management, catalog browsing, pixel management, and ad rules. Scale (Enterprise plan) enables full campaign and ad creation.

Can I automate ad rules like pausing if CPA exceeds a threshold?

Yes. Automated rules let you create conditions (e.g. CPA above ₹200 in last 3 days) and actions (pause campaign, adjust budget, send notification). Rules run automatically on your configured schedule.

How often is analytics data refreshed?

The overview dashboard refreshes every 15 minutes from a cached snapshot. On-demand refreshes are available for campaign and ad set detail views. Historical daily metrics are synced nightly.

Can I export reports to PDF or Excel?

Yes. All reports including overview, campaign performance, ad set breakdown, demographic analysis, and lead reports can be exported as PDF or Excel with one click. Custom report builders let you save and schedule recurring exports.

Does it support WhatsApp Click-to-Chat ad objectives?

Yes. Campaigns with Click to WhatsApp objectives are tracked and their performance appears in the dashboard, creating a closed loop between your Meta ad spend and WhatsApp Inbox conversations.

Is there a product catalog integration for dynamic ads?

Yes. The catalog management section lets you view connected Business Manager product catalogs and their product sets. Linking a catalog to your ad account for dynamic retargeting is supported.

Can multiple team members manage Meta Ads?

Yes. Workspace permissions include separate meta_ads.view and meta_ads.manage roles. Viewers can see analytics and reports. Managers can create and edit campaigns, audiences, and rules.

Is Conversion API (server-side events) supported?

Server-side Conversion API is not currently implemented. Pixel-attributed conversions are read from Meta's Insights API for analytics. CAPI support is on the roadmap.

Does my data stay in India?

Campaign data and performance metrics are cached on our Indian servers (DigitalOcean Mumbai) for the analytics dashboard. Your actual ad data remains in Meta's infrastructure and is read via the API.
